Commercial Union Privilege Portfolio C.U.P.P.

 
Commericial Union Privilege Portfolio is an investment fund based in Luxembourg and registered since 1990 with the Market Value Commission - C.N.M.V.

Privilege Portfolio invests on the international level in the values most representative of the stock-exchange indexes of each market, as well as in variable return. This allows for the creation in a single company of a diversified and dynamic portfolio in the most profitable markets and foreign exchanges.

More than 60% of C.U.P.P. funds have obtained in 1997 a profitibility superior to 20%.

Operative daily.
At any time you can sell, buy or exchange your shares.

Transfers between funds.
You will be able to pass the investment from one fund to another in the same category without administrative expenses whenever you wish.

Immediate liquidity.
At any time you can sell your funds and the resulting amount will be deposited in the bank account which you specify to us within a period not greater than 5 working days.

Investment funds:
The capital gains obtained by selling investment funds shares pay like personal wealth profit or loss. This is the difference between the shares buying price and the reimbursement.

 
How do they pay?

The capital gains derived from the sale of participation of investment funds pay like gains or patrimonial losses, being these diferences between the amount of purchase and the amount of reimbursement of the participation.

Do not forget that...

For investments over two years, capital gains will no be counted together with the rest of your income, but will pay at a fixed interest of 20%.
When we get a refund, regardless of the investment period, capital gains will have 20% retention.
The reduction rate will be 14,28% for every accumulated year on 31/12/96. The first two years will not be taken into account.
